Deck13 Interactive Appoints Mathias Reichert since New Managing Director

Deck13 Interactive announced right now that Mathias Reichert has been appointed as the developer’s brand-new managing director.

Reichert, who legally held the position of development director from Deck13, will now be “responsible regarding product development and high quality assurance” at the German-based developer.

“Elevating Mathias Reichert directly into this new purpose allows our development teams to focus on generating awesome games,In . says Jan Klose, resourceful director at Deck13. “We’re pretty pleased to expand our administration team with another person as experienced and also ambitious as Mathias.”

Since they was recruited towards the studio in Come july 1st 2013, Reichert has been a part of several projects pertaining to Deck13, including 2014’s award-winning Lords of the Slipped.

Florian Stadlbauer, executive director at Deck13, believes that “Mathias’ knowledge will help us to develop better still management decisions sometime soon.”

“Adding him to the managing team will allow people to continue the optimistic growth of the company for several years,” he additional.

Reichert considers Lords of the Dropped to have been a large milestone for Deck13, helping elevate the creator into “one of Germany’s most essential studios.”

“We’re currently taking care of the successor, The Surge, and other great titles are already thought out,” he said. “I’m looking forward to [doing] my best to force our ambitious desired goals forward.”

The Surge, which Deck13 announced in Dec 2015, is action Role play game title set in a new dystopian future.

Deck13 is going to launch The Surge on PlayStation Four, Xbox One and also PC sometime in 2017.
